Madame’s Submissive Intake Form

Finally, Madame Scarlette is accepting new submissives! Those interested are invited to fill out Madame’s Submissive Intake Form. It is important to read through the form, and provide Madame with as much information as possible. Once Madame has received your form, she will contact you to book the session, or gain any other information she may require.

Rates are $175/hour for a minimum 1 hour session plus 30 minutes for aftercare. Pre-recorded videos are considered a standard session. As a result there is no difference in fee. The video will be approximately 45 minutes in length. This is because the moments where Madame would be silent, or waiting for a submissive to do as instructed are replaced by the pause/play function. Submissives will receive instructions for their videos after booking their session.

While filling out the form, it is important to indicate whether you are looking for an online session, or in person. Be sure to check whichever options apply. When you recieve an invoice, it will appear as Abracafabric in order to maintain privacy. Discretion is important and will be practiced on both sides. Once you enter Madame Scarlette’s domain you understand that you are under her guidance. You will address her as Madame Scarlette, or Madame.
